The precision S-Style recirculating mixing head utilizes the principles of high-pressure impingement mixing and the patented Gusmer-Decker mechanically self-cleaning mixing chamber.

The injection shot and the recirculation are through the same adjustable, impingement orifice, which reduces pressure, spikes and continuously purges the interior passages of any mixed material.

High velocity exit allows mixture stream to fill closed molds, minimizing use of multiple heads to fill molds

Available in a long stroke model for better laminar flow
Elastomer seals on mix piston

Ideal for materials such as rigid or flexible urethanes

The S-Style Carbide mixing head option is available for applications that require abrasive fillers.

Same as S-Style mixing head, but includes carbide inserts on mix piston and orifices for increased mixhead life
Designed for filled rigid or flexible urethanes
