We offer turnkey systems for the application of polyurethanes in manufacturing components for automotive, refrigeration, recreation, furniture, and building products industries. This equipment is conceived, designed, and assembled for installation in your facility. These systems may also contain bulk delivery systems, blending equipment, and mezzanines.

Equipment is providing for accurate polyurethane metering in precise mold locations provided by the conveying systems and mixing head manipulators. All flows, temperatures, and chemical variables within the system are precisely maintained by Gusmer-Decker electrical control systems. All alarms, fluid characteristics, and equipment monitoring is visually shown on a touch screen display. Links to a customer plant control system can be provided.
